Entertainment | ‘Prayers’ takes centre stage at Barney Simon theatre

JOHANNESBURG – Prayers is this year’s winner of the Market Theatre’s annual Zwakala Festival.
The play will take to the stage for a two-week run starting on 25 September at the Barney Simon Theatre.

Written and directed by Solly Ramatswi, it explores the internal struggles of a young man, caught between societal expectations and his own desires.
